1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website at Glintvemor.shop, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Glintvemor and is protected by Norwegian and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All prices are listed in Norwegian Krone (NOK) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Given the handcrafted nature of our timepieces, availability is limited. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

4. Shipping and Customs

We ship globally from our Oslo atelier. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their respective countries. Glintvemor is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

5. Warranty and Returns

Glintvemor provides a 5-year limited warranty on all mechanical movements and a 2-year warranty on quartz movements, covering manufacturing defects. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn timepiece in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Glintvemor or its suppliers be liable for any consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Glintvemor's website.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website. Unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful behavior is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oslo.
